mark l. wratten, chief technology officer, has over 25 year experience in the information technology business. prior to joining ecs, he was vice president of research & development at circle.com. mr. wratten began his career at british telecom where he was responsible for designing high-reliability amplifiers. subsequently he was co-founder of one of the first companies in the u.k. to distribute and support the then new personal computers. after moving to the u.s. he worked at a number of prestigious firms including, j.p. morgan and at&t bell laboratories, where he was responsible for developing many large and complex software applications. mr. wratten received a bsc.(eng) from london university.
